At first, I saw it as being thorough, making sure things were done right. But over time, I realized holding on too tightly limits my team and slows growth. Not delegating means I miss chances to empower others and share responsibility.

It’s been hard to face because it challenges my perfectionism and fear of losing control. But I’m learning that true leadership isn’t about doing it all, it’s about trusting others to step up.
